Vampires and demons -- monstrous creatures forged from the corpses of men, so far as I know. I'm uncertain who was creating them for Dracula, it's possible they were killed in the siege as well, but unlikely.

Curious. There are necromancers in my world, but I haven't known them to be particularly fond of vampires. Another thing that separates us, I believe.

Those creating the Horde were loyal to Dracula, I don't know if or why they would be serving others as well. We didn't exactly get to chat.

There are necromancers... do they hold control over those they reconstruct as well?

( he would generally balk at passing this information on, but seeing as how he is confident their worlds are different, and he is the only vampire of his world here — )

But they can also control vampires.

[ Trevor's not an expert in the matter, but he's relatively certain that's not the case in his world. ]

( he shakes his head briefly, and then reaches across the table to touch trevor's wrist, carefully done over the cuff of his shirt. )

Your loyalty is not in question, my friend. But I am the only vampire left in this place, and given that I am hardly one myself any more, I do not think the information would help anyone who learned it.

[ Trevor looks briefly perplexed by the motion -- he's not accustomed to casual contact, but Godric's words draw him out of his confusion readily enough. ]

That is true -- wait, you're the only was-a-vampire left? Are you certain of that?

[ He doesn't pull his wrist away. ]

( their numbers had been small to begin with, but now? it is a curious thing. he spent a thousand years alone, and he was no friend to klaus or caroline, but he does miss the shared experience. trevor is perhaps the only one left who will understand enough of the condition to know what it is like.

godric curls his fingers in against the inside of the man's wrist, and then pulls his hand away. )

It's of no consequences. If others are brought in, I suspect they will be more like me now than how I was.

[ Trevor lets Godric pull away, but asks another question. One that if Godric is paying attention translates to, 'are you lonely?' ]

Does it bother you? Being the only one of your former kind here? I know I feel strangely being the only one from my world, my time.
