[ Because apparently this is a thing they're dealing with now. Vampires. It's a pragmatic question. One of them took down Angela, and she's the strongest fucker he knows. ]
There are several ways... sunlight, beheading, or a wooden stake to the heart are most efficient. They are also harmed by fire, crosses and holy water, and silver, though those things are unlikely to kill them.
I do wonder why you're asking this of me now, friend.
[ Beheading could work. He'll need a better weapon, through. Something like Hunter's axe, something that he can swing and know the impact will do something lasting. All he's got right now is a baton and a couple knives. Not good enough. ]
There are some here. Two that I know of. One I met calls himself Godric. Moves faster than anything I've ever seen, even with modifications.
[ He decides not to mention he picked a fight with said vampire, or that he was nearly blackout drunk when he did it. ]
The other's a woman. Hurt a friend of mine. So I'm thinking that's a problem.
[ It's strange to be calling people friends, now. Or hearing it thrown back it him, seemingly in all sincerely. But he's been thinking about that, mulling it over in his head. He likes spending time with Angela, with Gene. And that's what normal people do, isn't it? They have friends. So he can try that. Maybe he'll even mean it for a little, if he's careful to remember where the lines have been drawn. ]
That is indeed a problem. Vampires are savage creatures -- do you know if the latter was trying to feed? If our augmentations have not changed their biological imperatives we are all at risk.
This is all new for me, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. But if I got myself a rifle, and someone who could make large caliber silver bullets, would that take a vampire's head off? Rather do it from a distance if I have to.
[ Silver bullets was always a werewolf thing in the movies he watched, but he'll take whatever he can get. ]
That is how they feed, but inconclusive. She could have just been aiming to kill.
It isn't a dumb question but I'm unfamiliar with firearms and the damage done by bullets of that caliber. Perhaps? But it would need to remove the entire head for a certain kill. I would personally use a sword, or one of my consecrated whips if I had them.
[ Either way, that's not good. Sharkface is hoping it was just violence for the violence's sake, though. If someone like Godric starts getting hungry, really hungry, all his good intentions aren't going to mean shit. And someone that fast, that goddamn strong, won't go down easily. ]
A large enough bullet could destroy someone's skull. Blow it to pulp.
[ So. That might be an option. Sharkface isn't a good enough sniper to pull it off, not with one good eye, but there's got to be some around here with that kind of training. Maybe Angela, with her modifications. ]
Haven't seen the woman. The other one, Godric, looks like this.
[ And he sends over a sketch of a man who looks young, but whose eyes are strange and distant. The sketch has been done on a food wrapper that's been flattened and carefully cleaned. It's done in Sharkface's style. Realistic for the most part, but the lines are thicker in places. Carefully stylized. ]
[ Trevor has spoken to someone here about the commonality of monsters, but vampires... no one had mentioned those. Especially not among them, possibly even in the Safehouse. He's taking this extremely seriously, and Ephemera might notice he's not referring to Godric by his name. Because he's not a person, not to Trevor. He's an abomination. ]
This one did not attack?
I will make you some adequate defenses and weapons and teach you to use them as I know to back home. Hopefully they don't vary too much.
[ He's not confident of his ability to find someone both willing to sell him a sniper rifle who also has the capabilities to forge bullets, at least not without dropping a lot of money first, but apparently this is where they find themselves. He'll figure something out. ]
Not exactly.
[ And there is no part of him that wants to explain that. ]
Good. I've never used a sword before, or whatever you're thinking, but I learn quick.
...he did not. Then he is a wise enemy. Perhaps he isn't hungry enough yet.
[ Or maybe he's something like Alucard, but Trevor doesn't want to think of that. Doesn't want more grey in his realm of black and white. He's too tired, and not drunk enough. ]
A noble notion, but it is it their nature to feed. To kill. I have never known a vampire to deny their nature indefinitely. Something will set him off, if only hunger.

What do these vampires look like?

Didn't kill me, for one.

Just what he said. This is your area, not mine.
Fuck it. On the off chance this doesn't completely go to shit, any chance they could survive off regular plasma? Like from a hospital?
[ Because he will rob a hospital if that keeps the situation from degrading. ]

I will find this Godric. It seems the woman is the greater threat at this time.

You can talk to my friend, if you want more details about the other one. Her name is Angela Roberts.
